A: We offer both half-day and full-day formats. The workshop can be delivered to small teams (10–15) or larger groups (up to 50), depending on the delivery style you prefer – interactive, talk-based or breakout-focused.


A: Yes, we  can offer a live virtual version via Zoom or Teams. It’s a great option for hybrid or geographically dispersed teams.
